This is much much more than a B&B. Delightful location, a mere stroll from the Bishop's Palace and the centre of Town, yet overlooking the peaceful fields around this most lovely city. You can sit looking at the alpacas in the adjoining paddock under a spectacular walnut tree. Host Cynthia is a wonderful host and ensured we were most comfortable . Bedroom was quite quaint but very comfortable .Breakfast with eggs laid 20 yards away were most acceptable and we cannot rate this more highly. You will enjoy your stay here, as we did.

I booked for two nights for a recent stay in Wells and had a lovely experience. Cynthia and her daughter Jo were extremely hospitable and welcoming. The room was quaint and cosy in an old farmhouse building. My room overlooked the small stream which made it very tranquil. Breakfast was served in the morning cooked to order and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here if you want something convenient and in a stunning location.

The location of this cosy place is absolutely perfect for a visit to Wells. A very short walk and you are on High Street or by Vicars close and the cathedral. You can park your car inside the gate. Had the best scrambled eggs and salmon for a Long time for Breakfast. Uh and then have alpacas 😊
